TCRP Ambassador Nomination Form

A TCRP Ambassador is selected for their field experience and for their ability to motivate and instruct others on how to use the research results or products. Please see the nomination form for more information on the nomination/application process and the selection criteria.

All nominations or applications should be submitted on the nomination form linked below. Self nominations are encouraged. Evaluation will be based on documentation submitted as well as on letters and comments from references.

The Ambassador Nomination form must be filled out, signed, and faxed or mailed to COMTO at the address listed on the bottom of the form. All nominations must be received by September 30, 2011. COMTO will notify Ambassadors of their selection in writing.
