Chicago Transit Authority
Jack Chalabian is a Traffic Analyst for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), a position he has held for the past five years. Mr. Chalabian’s duties include assessing the condition of bus stop locations, evaluating vehicle interaction with street conditions, and supervising the installation of bus stop amenities. In addition to working at the CTA, Mr. Chalabian has served as a member of the Steering Committee for Transport Chicago for the past four years and currently serves as Treasurer for the organization. He also volunteers for the Municipal Transportation Commission at the Village of Oak Park, where he currently serves as Chairman.
Prior to joining the CTA, Mr. Chalabian worked in the grounds transportation industry while completing his graduate degree in Urban Planning & Policy, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
