Director, Intermodal & Interagency Coordination
RJ earned his Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Rutgers University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of New Jersey with a major in Public Administration. He has over 20 years of transportation planning experience in non-profit and public sectors. Working in NJ TRANSIT’s Capital Planning department, RJ manages regional transportation studies, coordinates interagency planning efforts, and plans for multi-modal station investments. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, a New Jersey Licensed Professional Planner and a fellow from the LEAD New Jersey program.
RJ’s favorite hobbies include reading, running and following professional football. He has been a member of Elks for over 20 years and participates in Cub/Boy Scouts of America.
