Current Ambassadors — Biographies

Donna Moss

Donna Moss has worked for King County Metro Transit in Seattle, WA for fifteen years. Since 1996, she has performed various roles within the Accessible Services workgroup. Currently a Transportation Planner III, her responsibilities as an Operations Analyst includes developing ridership and financial projections and monitoring performance for Access Transportation, Metro's ADA paratransit program.

She leads the Conditional Eligibility Implementation Team that applies trip by trip eligibility, and participates in the ORCA Smart Card project where a regional electronic fare card is being developed and implemented. Donna earned her Master's in Public Administration from the University of Washington.
